since the onlygodknowitwhattheearthhappenned incident happened so make me refuse to dinner or lunch alone



until today I really behtahan cause I saw the reflection on the mirror that my weak fragile hair actually gone dry and dull seriously

then realize am having imbalance nutrition lately

I only consume artificial from biscuit chocolate and fml maggi the most



finally I today really fml behting my weight lost my dull hair and my constipation because I got nothing to shit out





therefore,
I having my mixed rice, right now




I don't know which of my nerve cell functioning wrongly
so happened I bring along my Tupperware to tabao my mixed rice



and I think I will start doing this for the following tabao lunch or dinner





okay, I don't know since when I hate polystyrene
